How can I dowload a IOS image from router 2600 series to my PC (via console port) ?

I don't see an option for copy flash: xmodem or anything like that, so I believe you will have to configure up an ethernet port on it, plug into it and tftp it over.

You would have to do it via tftp which means you would have to configure an interface on the router and connect your PC on that segment. Your PC will also need tftp software, Solarwinds (see link below) has one you can download if needed.

xmodem would take a long time. You would want to use tftp even if the xmodem option were available.
