i need to reload my IOS on my 2611 router, but i don't know where to donwload it from. any ideas?

for some reason my CCO username and password don't work, is there another password to access the above url?

No, without any passwords, you cannot access the download centre.

are we talking about hte CCO password? i have that one, thats how i login to the forums. or is this another password? where can i get this account?

You'll need more grant permissions to download software. If you have a valid contract, send an email to cco-team@cisco.com with the contract details and request them to give permissions to your account to download s/w
