DTE/DCE Crossover

I would like to connect a 3640 and 1720 together, I want to simulate the t1 connection. On routers with a v35 connection i know its possible to use a dce cable on one end and a dte cable on the other end. I saw someone mention a rollover cable or crossover cable. is this the cat5 cable and whats the pin out?

Thanks

Re: DTE/DCE Crossover

A typical T-1 (CAT-5) rollover cable pinout:

5 -> 1

4 -> 2

1 -> 5

2 -> 4

There are examples on CCO for the logical config on the routers if you need any.
