I have a customer with dual VG248 connections into a single phone using different pairs. When they finish a call the line will not go on-hook. Instead it remains off-hook, until we either unplug the line or reset it? Any ideas on how to resolve?

What software are you using on your VG248's?
There is a bug in both the 1.2.1 and the 1.3.1 software, where a port will stay offhook and cannot make calls.
And as you say, the only way to solve it is to reset it unplug the line.

Thanks for the heads-up. I went searching the Bug-Toolkit and found the correct course of action to resolve the bug.
The device iwll still hang however not as much when you roll back to 1.2.1(ES10.1) version.
