Dual web traffic routing

We have a 1721 with Frame relay and ADSL connections to the internet. I'm wanting to route all tcp port 80,21,443 traffic for my internal network out the ADSL port unless its down in which case i want to switch to frame. I also have a DMZ network (seperate subnet) which must always send tcp port 80,21,443 traffic to the frame. Is this possible?.

Re: Dual web traffic routing

if you want to route based on sth else than just the destination ip address (ie: based on destination port and/or source ip addresses) you need to use policy routing.

However, be aware this will have an impact on the performance of the router since it now needs to process more information before forwarding the traffic.

Re: Dual web traffic routing

Thanks for the help, i've implemented policy based routing and I now have the required traffic outbound on adsl. However i'm a little confused as to how to provide fail-over to the frame in case the adsl drops (as it often does).
