Dynamic ACLs - initiate with SSH or HTTPS?

I may have an application for a dynamic ACL as illustrated in the URL below. But instead of telnet and then authentication triggering the dynamic ACL - I would want my users to use ssh or https (or better if they typed http the router changes it to https for them!)

Will this work if the end users used ssh or https (or http->https)? Thanks.

don't think you can use ssh or https initiate dynamic ACL, as Lock-and-Key(Dynamic ACL) triggers with a telnet session. check the following link for configuring dynamic acls :
