Dynamic NAT - Ratio of Global-to-Private

What ratio of global/private addresses can be considered as acceptable in Dynamic NAT. This is assuming typical ISP service offerings.

Also, what are the main advantages of Dynamic NAT over the overloading.

Help on this will be much appreciated.

Some protocols don’t like NAT overloading so NAT is preferred. It is best to offer enough translations for all and enable overload for peak over-runs (basic connectivity is better than none at all).
