Dynamically forward traffic to Sniffer VPN

The network is composed of several POPs interconnected via 3 core site.

A typical POP has a DSLAM having about 100 xDSL users connected to 7507 PE router via STM-1 Link. The PE is connected via POS to the core.

A Sniffer LAN is available at one of the core sites.

The question is:

Is it possible to force the data from a specific CE router to cross a specifc Router located in the core so that the traffic from that particular CE router can be sniffed. Keep in mind that has to be done on a temp basis and we do not want to affect the customers' VPN, or other VPNs.

You’ll probably have to use static routes to force the traffic to take the path of the sniffer. Or policy based routing might be a good option too, but probably too complex for a temporary setup.
