easy mcast question

We have a site that has two 2924's daisy-chained together, and there's a 2612 connected to the first in the chain. All LAN-attached devices are on the same vlan - Vlan1 (not my config!). When a Ghost server multicasts an image onto the network, should it adversely affect WAN traffic on the 2612?

It should not as long as multicast support is not enabled on the wan interface.

Hope this helps,
