Am new to this but would like to be proactive. First I have a 5509 and it is in a rather hot room with minimal A/C. Would like to know how to monitor its temperature, etc. Second - what are some of the better web based results monitoring tools?

This is how to do it on a 6500:

I'm not sure if you can do the same on the 5500, but you can certainly read the temperature alarm status on it.
