EIGRP design recommendations

Are there any Cisco (or other) design recommendations for implementing a scalable EIGRP network.

For example (but not limited to):

1.The maximum number of EIGRP neighbours.

2.The memory/processor requirements (given the number of neighbours and size of routing table).

3.The maximum number of routers in the AS.

I realise the answers to these questions is probably 'it depends', but I'd like to know what it depends on.

I'm looking at an existing network and would like to know if it exceeds any design criteria or recommendations that may exist.

Re: EIGRP design recommendations

Theres not a whole lot to consider because EIGRP is pretty darn easy.

What you really need to know is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and which routers you're getting.
