The Error Interpreter says this is a generic software or hardware error. I would like to know that could be the cause of this error message and that actions should I take in order to stop it.
This is a software error, most likely a defect. If you can open a tac case, they can decode the error message for you, and track down the defect for it. If not, post a show version here, and I can do it.
