encryption for remote access network

we have implemented a remote access network for our customer using AS5300s and cisco 3600 series routers with appropriate modem modules at different locations in the customer network. The current network has TACACS authentication.

We have to implement encryption on this network. Can anyone suggest how to go about it.

Re: encryption for remote access network

If you're intended to encrypt the traffic between remote hosts and corporate network I think what you need is a remote access VPN implementation. Some documents that may help:

An IPSec introduction:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk372/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094203.shtml

An VPN introduction:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk372/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094865.shtml

Configuration example for a remote access VPN scenario:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk642/technologies_configuration_example09186a00800a393b.shtml

Hope these help.
