Enhanced Object Tracking for Catalyst 3550/3750 series?

I was wondering if the Enhanced Object Tracking feature (or a similar feature)

for routers is available for the Catalyst 3550/3750 series. If it's not,

what could be the solution, if there is, for this setup:

WAN <---> L3_switch_1 <---> L2_switch_1 <---> L3_switch_A <---> LAN

WAN <---> L3_switch_2 <---> L2_switch_2 <---> L3_switch_B <---> LAN

- L3_switch_1 and L3_switch_2 are running HSRP.

- L3_switch_A and L3_switch_B are running HSRP.

* Assumption:

L3_switch_1 and L3_switch_A are the Active routers on their respective HSRP groups.

* If the link between L3_switch_1 and L2_switch_1 goes down, we would like L3_switch_A

and L3_switch_B to change HSRP states.

Thanks in advance for any input.

Enhanced object tracking feature commands supported from Cisco IOS 12.2(15)T onwards. I didn't find any IOS in 12.2 release for 3550, and but found 12.2(18)SE ED for 3750 switch. Unfortunately, from command reference, I could not find any "track *" commands. So, both Catalyst 3550/3750 switches at present don't support Enhanced object tracking feature.
