if a line card in a CAT 6500 is suspected to have an intermittent hardware fault, what is the procedure to run enhanced diagnostics or extended hardware diagnostics on that line card? Can this be run online or only at boot time? Any pointers to any documention would be good.

Any line card used in CAT 6500 - for example say - WS-X6704-10GE. How to run extended or snhanced diagnostic on this card or for that matter any 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps cards used in CAT 6500.
