EPROM for 2500 series

I don't know if this is the place to post this.

I need to replace EPROM in 2 older 2500 series routers (2501 & 2514). I can't seem to locate ordering info. for these chips. I've seen some part numbers in the CCO sites but I can't cross reference them to purchase.

Any help is appreciated.
