Error logging into cisco view

I was NOT able to launch CiscoView. I get a message popup asking me to PLEASE GRANT PERMISSION TO LUANCH CISCO VIEW AND LAUNCH AGAIN. Verified that its not a new installation. Tried basic troubleshooting like creating a temprovary account and asked him to login to the cisco view once again.

Even after that he got the same error message. Double checked that the user got administrator previlages.Got the following details from the customer

CiscoWorks 2000 Cd one version 4

Running on NT 4.0 with latest SP6

Browser version 5.5 SP1 ( IE)

Java 2 version - 1.3.0 ( VM 1.3.0-3 )
