error mesg on 6506

Hello,

following error mesgs are coming on 6506 which is my backbone , running 20 vlan's. please guide me

1. ) Nov 18 12:08:14: %STANDBY-3-DUPADDR: Duplicate address 10.3.1.2 on Vlan1, sourced by 0000.0c07.ac01

2. )Nov 18 15:39:28: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 1, Nbr 10.3.53.2 on Vlan1 from 2WAY to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Dead timer expired

1) If You have HSRP

It can be a STP problem.

2) It's seems to be a change of topology network with the process OSPF.
