Getting the following error: Your profile could not be opened currently.

Some features may be unavailable. Please check that the profile exits and you have permission to read and write its contents.

I don't know anything about this device, but it sounds like the Windows profile is corrupted. Usually on Windows when this happens you need to delete the profile using the Administrator account and let Windows create it again.

Can you log in with an Administrator account?
