Error Opening TFTP

Can somone tell me why I am getting the following error message on the console:

%Error Opening tftp://255.255.255.255/cisconet.cfg(Timed Out)

I have no entry to boot from tftp server in the config file at all.

Have you init your configuration of the router?

In some IOS release, after your erased the start-up config, the default configuration will have a "service config" and the router will try to get the config file throug tftp.

Try to configure: no service config on the global config mode. This will remove the error msg appearing on your console. But you may want to do a boot system flash command on the router, to enable the router to determine where to get the flash the next time it reloads...
