Hi! I have a problem with traffic director. When i try to launch the Data Capture, a Dr. Watson for Windows NT window appears and said:
An application error has occurred
and an application error log is being generated
txdcap.exe
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005),
Address 0x00454ad2.
Can someone explain to me what this mean and how can i resolve it?
Thanks.

Hi,
Try reinstalling the traffic director and check. If still problem occurs, try replacing the RAM of your computer. It should solve the problem.
Thanks

Hello Pedro,
I got the same thing when I used the 1.0 version. If you have a maintenance contract you can get 1.1 with Real-Time Monitor (web-based)..So far no errors like that...I just cleared the Dr. Watsons and kept going. Didnt notice any loss when it occurred..
