Ether Channel Question

I want to connect cat4506 and cat6506 over two fiber trunk links.My question is if ý configure this two trunk links then wahat about STP, arent there loop for this two trunk links?

Etherchannel will treat your two physical connections as ONE LOGICAL connection. b/c of this you will not have a spanningtree loop. That is one of the major reasons for the etherchannel...to add redundancy/bandwidth without having a spanning tree loop.
