On etherchannel there is "LoadBalancing" or "LoadSharing" ?

Although the terms are generally used interchangeably, "Load Sharing" is probably the more accurate term.

i think we try to do load balancing but we usually dont be able to and it ends up as load sharing , right ?

Technically it is load balancing with the traffic divided over the links depending on either the ip addresses or mac addresses in the conversations .
