Ethernet Module NM-1E Duplex Mode Operation

Hi,

I'm using a 3640 with a 1 port Ethernet 10BaseT Network Module (NM-1E). The question is: Is it possible to configure this port for a full-duplex mode operation ? If so, which is the minimum IOS release to use.

Thanks by advance.

Marc.

Re: Ethernet Module NM-1E Duplex Mode Operation

OK, we had this conversation a few weeks ago.

Duplex for NM-1E is implemented from 12.0(4)T or 12.0(5)T, I really do not know for sure anymore. I never use the T-train.

When you don't want to use a T-release either, you will need 12.1(x)

12.1(17) is one of the latest GD-releases.

This should be OK for you.
