I don't Know if ppossible but someone say ..Yes !
I have a Router 1751 with Serial and ISDN Interfaces.
It's possible when the Serial line is Load (255/255 or 200/255) expand the Bandwith available with a ISDN BRI call ?????
If Yes, .. How .. !!!!

You need to set the isdn up to call the other end first using Dial on Demand Routing (DDR). Then on the serial line specify "backup interface brix/x" and "backup load threshold ...." The load you specify will make the isdn come up and share the load when it is reach.
