Express 500 PORT_SECURITY-2-PSECURE_VIOLATION

I keep getting this on random ports on my network. My security settings are set to low so im not sure why port security is on. Anyone have any idea?

Here is the explanation on this error message :

%PORT_SECURITY-2-PSECURE_VIOLATION : Security violation occurred, caused by MAC address [enet] on port [chars].

Explanation An unauthorized device attempted to connect on a secure port. The MAC address of the unauthorized device and the secure port are specified in the message text.

Recommended Action Determine the device that attempted to connect on the secure port. Notify your network system administrator of this condition.
