Failed front-end loopback test

Greetings,

The System LED of one of my 3524XL Switches was displaying as Amber. I did a sho post, and it stated that four of my ports, "Failed front-end loopback test". What can I do to fix this?

I stongly believe that the device has to be replaced as the ports are failing.
