Ive been trying to use CiscoWorks alert using smtp mail feature with no success,Im on a LAN with address 192.33.20.0/24, our ISP's smtp mail server is 212.118.0.1,I have the default gateway enabled on my PC and Im also using winsock proxy client,find below the debug output from CiscoWorks:
sending msg via 212.118.0.1 to samir_issam@hotmail.com

HELO armadae500srvr.examlab.edu
250 mail.nets1.com.jo Hello [212.118.1.106], pleased to meet you

Hi @samir_issam is your pc on domain if so try to remove it from the domain, check if it works.
