Failure cause is HP DMA on Serial E3 interface

Hello,

I have a problem on router 7200 VXR, IOS 12.1(6) with Serial E3 Interface:

%MUESLIX-1-STOPFAIL: Mx serial, Serial2/0 Stop Failed at disable port

%MUESLIX-1-FAILURE_CAUSE: Serial2/0: descriptor dma excessive retry

Failure cause is HP DMA: : 0x00000000, 0x00000000

Could you help me?

It's a software defect in 12.1(6). The following link indicates the upgrade path to fix the problem:
