If you do normal extended ping, ICMP packet source is the outgoing interface ip address. So, if it's working from router and not from your pc, then there might be some routing problem occuring during transition from ISDN to LL.
i do extended ping using my ethernet ip as the source ip address and i m pinging my remote locations ethernet.my lan traffic is encrypted with single DES .my PC resides n the same lan where my etherenet is.once i reset my router everything starts working ,i m even able to ping from pc once after the reset.reset does the magic here.but its horrible to make this as a permanent solution .
