fastethernet address problem in 3640

one of our client is using 3640 with 1FE-2W module. The problem is this that the fastethernet port adopts the ip address of the most commonly used server, which is placed at the LAN connected to that port and then they have to reset it.

This sounds a bit uncredible to me. When you assign an IP adress to an interface, this is not supposed to change. DHCP servers do not assign an active IP adress twice. Please upload the config and provide some more info about the site & the problem.
