I have kind of an easy question however i haven't find enough info about it. In the output of show interfaces what "throttles" exactly means. At the moment i'm troubleshooting a FastEthernet interface and i'm having aprox. 1 throttle every 5 minutes.
Basically a throttle is the interface , in this case your FE is receiving traffic too quickly and can not handle traffic at this rate and it is telling the CPU to throttle back and not to send traffic at this rate.
