Can someone please help with the error message above.

i saw it when i tried connecting devices( cisco switch, Pcs) to the 2 fastethernet interfaces of 2621xm. And it is a new cisco 2621xm router, could this be a factory defect?

While receiving a frame, the local buffer of the controller chip transmitted insufficient data because data could not be transferred to DRAM fast enough to keep pace with its input rate. Normally, such a problem is temporary, depending on transient peak loads within the system.

Recommended Action: The system should recover. No action is required.
