Hi, i have my ports in faulty status,
Can you help me?
I disabled the ports and when i tried to enable, i couldnĀ“t and the ports appear faulty
i have a cisco 6509 (all the ports of the module 2 failed)

What kind of a card is it? Is it a WS-X6348 card? It might be a genuine hardware failure.
