FEC load sharing based on load threshold possible ?

The Cisco documentation states:

EtherChannel frame distribution is based on a Cisco-proprietary hashing algorithm. The algorithm is deterministic; given the same addresses and session information, you always hash to the same port in the channel, preventing out-of-order packet delivery.

Question: is it possible to do load balancing on a FEC based on the load of a link (e.g. when the first link is saturated) ?

An example to have this is if you have 1 FTP session that needs more bandwidth that one link in a channel can provide.

With the FEC algorithm this session will use only one link in a FEC channel.

The hashing algorithm used depends on the hardware you have in place. On the lower end devices you usually have the option of hashing based on source or dest MAC address only. On the higher end products (say a 6500), you can use layer 2, 3 or 4 information.

At the end of the day, a single flow will only ever traverse a single link of the bundle. The hash just determines which link. Load doesn't come into the equation.
