File Server not showing up in CHOOSER on Mac client machines

Recently we deployed a fileserver (W2K Box). We have MAC users at our HQ and Branc offices. The MAC users at HQ are able to see the volume in CHOOSER on their machines but the branch office users can't see the same volume in CHOOSER on their machines.

The server is physically located at Branchoffice.

This branch office users can only see the volume in CHOOSER if they manually provide the host name or IP address of that server.

Any ideas or suggestions.
