Files system has changed Error

i m getting the below pasted error in my 2691 router ,when tried for error message decoder its mentioned ovr ther tht

"Follow any instructions provided with the message. If no instructions are provided, no action is required."

i m getting this contnously is ther any way out ther to fix this up

This means the flash card is non-readable. You are using a compact flash disk that is not on the approved cisco vendor list.
