I just received the following message:
%SYS-4-P2_WARN: 1/Host 00:50:5a:22:18:07 is flapping between port 1/1 and port 2/12
What can I do ???

It seams like a loop on your network.
The switch see the mac address 00:50:5a:22:18:07 once from port 1/1
and once from 2/12 , check your spantree topology table and disconect one of the links.
