Fragmentation failures on export packets

I have NetFlow configured on an MPLS PE (72xx, IOS 12.2(15)T5) interface connected to a CE using

ip route-cache flow

mpls netflow egress

and I'm getting a lot of fragmentation failures on the exported packets.

I have the same NetFlow configuration on another 7200 and is working fine

What can be the problem?

I could not find any bugs linking high counters of fragmentation failure to Netflow. I guess the problem probably lies somewhere else. There is one bug CSCdr57285 that links MPLS to fragmentation errors. That however is marked as unreproducable. I gues, you could track that. BUg CSCdp78259 also talks of errors with fragmentation with MPLS, when the DF bit is set.
