Frame Errors No Good Reason?

I have a catalyst 2924 I have set up for local lan use only.

I am getting input frame errors, say 500 a day at peak usage times. The five minute average rarely exceeds 20Mbps. Everything is set for 100/Mbps, full duplex.

I shouldn't be stressing the system, should I?

BTW: IOS build 4/1/01.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Try to load the latest software and if you still get errors, suggest that you troubleshoot the way you do for any other port errors. If you still need help, open a TAC case.
