I dont think its a matter to be taken so seriously, Its just a counter indicating the number of times, LMI status enquiry timeouts happened.

I’m getting response timed out's in ping request and sometimes i completely lose the link, i only provide some information that could be useful to somebody.

Any suggestions?

thanks

How much percentage loss do you experience ?

And does the link flap (PVC go down) quiet often ?

i can't telnet to the remote router when this happens :(

my network configuration is IBM router - nortel passport switch - nortel passport switch -cisco router.

Was this link stable earlier? or is this a new one? Since the PVC create time is just 16 mins.

if it was stable earlier, then what changes happened recently?

If its new, check the fruni components, trunk unreserved bandwidth(is it crossing CIR and getting discarded) etc..Cisco router configuration looks okay.

Not sure of IBM router.

hope that helps.
