Frame-Relay IP RTP Header Compression

have a question concerning the use of this command on a frame-relay interface.

Frame-Relay IP RTP Header Compression: compresses an IP/UDP/RTP packet

My question is:

If frame-relay ip rtp header-compression is applied to an interface does it work only with IP/UDP/RTP headers utilizing the udp port range that Cisco uses for their IP Telephony products (16384-32767), or will it work on any port range as long as an RTP header is present? For that matter, if an RTP header is not present will this command still compress the IP/UDP header much the way the frame-relay ip tcp header-compression command compresses IP/TCP header?

Thanks for your help.
