Other than being able to ping all remote sites from central site (hub & spoke scenario) for troubleshooting purposes, what would be the advantage of implementing multipt subinterfaces instead of point-to-point subinterfaces?
You use only one IP subnet for a point-to-multipoint FR topology but with point-to-point subifs you have to assign a subnet to each point-to-point connection.
