My customer using frame relay connection between Hong kong & Indonesia
The problem is the DLCI 200 & 400 usaged are unused but pvc active and for DLCI 600 ( both side) usaged are local but deleted.
Network provider set the DLCI as 200 and 400.
can some one tell me why MY customer getting the DLCI usaged as unused.

Hi S12083,
DLCI USAGE=UNUSED means that the provider has configured its switch to use this DLCI but your router is not configured to use it.
DLCI USAGE=LOCAL, STATUS=DELETED means the inverse; your router uses it (USAGE=LOCAL) but the switch does not know it.
So if I understand correctly, you are not using the DLCI's that your provider gave you and instead you chose your own. This will not work, you have to use the same DLCI as the provider.
Change the DLCI in Hong Kong to 200 and in Indonesia to 400 and it should work.
