Frame Relay PVC Stats

when I do a 'sh fr pvc xxx' the last stat displayed is

output queue. Recently this number has jumped to over 90/100 and stays there most of the day. When this happens those in this office cannot get out to the web and remote user cannot connect. In the evening after everyone leaves it goes down to between 0-20/100

what can I do to 1) find out why it has suddenly spiked and 2) Bring this stat down to a resonable value?

Output queue indicates the current queue size and the maximum size. Hence, during the day, if it is 90/100 it means, most of the output queues is being used up. And since the load is less in the evenings, its least. To equalise it or shape the traffic according to your needs, you could use, frame relay traffic shaping.
