FTP Server on Cisco IOS

Could somebody inform me where has the ftp-server command on Cisco IOS disappeared. I would like to provide my configs on the Router but not by using TFTP but by using FTP. I remember having used this command long back but cannot recollect on which IOS. Pleaaasse Help.

the command is available in IOS version 11.3, not sure what happened to it afterwards...

Thanks for the response. I have seen this link but never saw any reference to this command in later versions. What Happened...

Let's not forget Solarwinds, a free tftp server that has worked flawlessly for me. http://support.solarwinds.net/updates/New-customerFree.cfm This should be set up to both upload and download files. It appears to do some checksums...
