FWSM upgrade

I have a 6500 switch that runs IOS image.I want to upgrade the image in the FWSM but before the upgrade,I want to download the current image as a kind of backup.When I am in the FWSM,there is no such facility such as "copy ..... tftp".

Can anybody tell me if there is the possibility to download the FWSM image and the necessary steps to do that.
