Hi,

E1 controller (UNFRAMED) required a shut and no shut after the link resumed from failuer.

Where as the framed interface come up as soon as tyhe link is up.

Is anyone has any idea how to overcome this problem with the UNFRAMED interface.

The shut and noshut are necessary commands to make the link up. This is mandatory due to design constraints because the bundle identification, link identification will take effect only when the shut and no shut commands are given.
