GBIC calculation

Given:

From the Main Distribution Frame(MDF) a 6509 switch, there will be a Gig link to a 3550-12G. From that link, there are 232 copper and 54 fiber drops being supported. My thought was to connect the 6509 to the 3550-12G and in turn the 3550-12G to the appropriate switch(2950G-48 for the UTP and 3550-24-FX for the fiber).

How do I determine the number of GBIC modules I will need to support this link at the 6509? As well as, how many GBIC modules I will need in the 3550-12G to support 10/100 over the number of drops listed? The workstations will be used mostly for email and web surfing, nothing of high bandwidth consumption.

Thank you in advance.
