GEIP+ crash caused a strange problem

Dear all,

Does anyone could advise which is the latest IO version support GEIP+ card and any problem with port-channel configured with GEIP+ cards ?

I have a cisco7507 installed with two GEIP+ cards that running IOS 12.1(7a)E. A port-channel1 is formed by these two GEIP+ cards. I found the port-channel only can transmit packets but not receive, after one of GEIP+ crashed and lead to system reload. During the troubleshooting, I have inspected both GEIP+ and port-channel interfaces are link up and protocol up. I have also tried to shutdown the crashed GEIP+ card but the problem still persist. So, I have only can do is reload the system, and the problem is gone after reload.

This problem is not the first time. It was happened at two months ago, and I have replaced the crashed GEIP+ card with a new one. Now, the same problem happens at the new GEIP+. I'm glad to see any help from you.
